Pool pumps

Pool pumps help prevent the spread of pathogens and bacterial diseases between pool users. Therefore, homeowners shopping for a new pool should make sure they get a good pool pump as well as inappropriate chemical kit and a pool filter. Chemicals and filters also prevent the spread of bacteria.

When shopping for pool pumps, understand that bigger is not always better. Consult with a sales professional when deciding upon a pool pump. Tell him the dimensions of the pool and discuss budgetary constraints.

After installing pool pumps, it is possible that motors will not start or turn on. Make sure that power is running to the pump. If the breaker is on, the time clock is on, and the switches are on, there may be a short in the pump. Inform the retailer of the problem.
